How To Stop Before You Flop - Overflow

Hello Reader,

I hope you are doing well.

This past week, our discussion was on how to stop habits. In the book, The Power To Change, Craig Groeschel says, "Bad habits are difficult to stop because the payoff comes now and the pain is in the future."

Reflection

We have talked a lot about identifying who we want to become, also known as our who. In the last episode, we discussed new habits we need to start. Now we are talking about habits we want to stop to make our who a reality.

Based on the person you want to become, what is one habit you need to stop?

I’d love to hear how this applies to your life. Could you hit “Reply” and tell me about your experience?
